Let the journey begin...

It's a new year, and it is time for a new me! Last week, I started using PLEXUS SLIM, and I am going to chronicle my experiences with this product.  It is my goal to loose a small child worth of weight, and to do it in a way that doesn't make me either crazy or unhealthy.

I had been hearing friends of mine talking about their fantastic results with this product, and it got me very excited, so I signed up as an Ambassador (meaning I can sell the stuff) mostly so that I can get the product at the cheapest price.  I am on day 5 now, and I am already down 5 pounds and 5.5 inches from my hips, bust and waist.  Sure, it is mostly water, and I get that, but it is encouraging nonetheless!

And here's the thing - I feel good!  I don't get hungry, I have energy for my day, my heartburn is gone (I was living on Zantac, but I also quit drinking soda, and that could be the reason I don't need the Zantac daily any more). So far, I am really beyond delighted with this..

Using Plexus is so simple.  It is a mix that I put in with water first thing in the morning, before I have breakfast. It tastes to me just like a cherry tootsie pop.  The first day I even found it to be a little too sweet, and I had added only 12 ounces of water.  I now add 20 and that seems to be perfect for me. Next, when I eat breakfast, and then when I eat lunch, I take the Accelerator.  It boosts energy and metabolism.

The hardest part is there is a water requirement that I am still trying to meet - you are supposed to drink 1/2 your body weight in ounces per day.  I can get close, but I have yet to actually get it all in.  Yes, I run to the bathroom every 20 minutes for part of the morning, but I know after time my body will get used to it.

Other benefits I have noticed.. As I mentioned, no heartburn, and that energy, which are both great... I've also noticed that I feel a lot less bloated than I was before.

They have a lot of products that I am excited to try on both myself, and my kids..  The purpose of this blog is to track how it all goes...
